Testimonials
Happy Clients
"The AI Usage Mapping service gave us complete visibility into how our teams were already using AI tools — something we had zero clarity on before. Within weeks, we had a clear operational picture and a governance framework we could actually act on."

"Their Internal AI Policies & Usage Guidelines transformed how our organization approaches AI adoption. The documentation was clear, legally sound, and immediately deployable. Our compliance team was impressed."
James Thornton

"The AI Readiness & Governance Starter Pack was exactly what we needed as a mid-sized company stepping into AI. The Vendor Risk Snapshot alone saved us from onboarding two tools that posed serious data privacy risks."

Meet the Founder
I founded TechLegalExperts to address a reality I kept seeing across organizations: AI and digital tools were being adopted faster than companies could understand, structure, or govern their use.
TechLegalExperts was built as a practical platform at the intersection of law, technology, and operations—not to provide legal advice, and not to sell abstract compliance theory, but to help organizations gain clear visibility and control over how AI is actually used in practice.
My background in private law, technology regulation, and academic teaching shaped the way this platform operates. I have worked with multinational companies, public institutions, and technology-driven teams across Europe and the Middle East, and I consistently saw the same gap: governance frameworks existed on paper, while operational reality was elsewhere.

Our Team
What we do?
Most organizations are already using AI — often informally, inconsistently, and without full visibility.
We help decision-makers:
- Identify how AI tools and systems are actually used across teams and workflows
- Reduce operational, compliance, and vendor risk without slowing innovation
- Put in place lightweight governance foundations that scale as regulation evolves
- Equip teams with practical usage guidelines they can follow day-to-day
Our services focus on operational AI governance, early-stage readiness, and risk awareness — not legal representation, and not abstract ethics.
How we work?
Our approach is:
- Practical over theoretical
- Operational over advisory
- Lightweight over bureaucratic
- Actionable over exhaustive
We work with organizations that want to move fast — but responsibly — and that understand governance is a business enabler, not a blocker.
Who we work with?
We support:
- Technology and SaaS companies
- Financial services and regulated environments
- Consulting and professional services firms
- Scale-ups and enterprises adopting generative AI
- Organizations preparing for regulatory change, audits, or client scrutiny
Whether you are at an early stage or already deploying AI at scale, we help you gain control before pressure forces it.
Our positioning
TechLegalExperts does not provide legal advice or act as legal counsel.
We operate upstream of legal enforcement and downstream of technology adoption — helping organizations see, organize, and govern AI usage in practice, so legal, compliance, and technical teams can work from a clear and shared foundation.
